Food For Thought


Today Adele told came and told us how to be health and eat the right thing and Adele told us that we have to drink the right thing.


First Adele told us to stand up and do five star jumps and then she had told us to sit back down on our chair .She told us about how to be skinny and to not drink the right heaps of fizzy drinks because it has lots of sugar in it that not good for you body .

Next she was telling us to get into twos and then she gave a card which snow how much energy , fat , sugar , fibre , sodium are in breakfast bags and how much food to eat  and drink .

Then she asked all the children when is there birthday in the months starting with January and then march and the other month of there birthday .She put use into group so we can work together and put all the heath drink in a line to all the not health drink .

Finally ever one know how much food to eat and what drink you can not drink that can not help you body .
